Free shipping

All our products are currently being delivered within 2 to 5 days after the purchase, and replacement parts are delivered within 10 days.

Also, we’re thrilled to tell you we offer free delivery on all our products, no minimum order! No-one likes nasty surprises at checkout, so you have our word the posted price is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes… and nothing else!

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, the shipping and tracking information is emailed to you. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website… and we also list it on your account. Settle down, enjoy a coffee, and just be a little patient: it may take a few days for the information to be updated. In the meantime, if you want tips to prepare your project, check out our blog!

If you’re not home…

We know you have things to do, so you may not be home for the delivery. The carrier is free to decide whether they should leave the package at your door or take it to the nearest Fedex center… in which case, they’ll leave you a card telling you where to go pick up your order.

We deliver large boxes!

Some packages are REALLY big. We suggest you check the size of the box to make sure it’ll fit in your car if you have to go pick it up. It’s also a good idea to think about getting a friend to come along so you have some help bringing it home. You can check out our box sizes on the “Products” page, under “Dimensions”.

We deliver throughout (most of) the U.S. Canada and Mexico!

Yes, we know it doesn’t seem to make sense, but right now we can only deliver products to U.S. and Canadian residents. Please don’t hate us!

Americans: Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico: You live in a fantastic place, but there’s a downside: we can’t deliver to your home by our standard shipping method. The costs are unreal! We also can’t deliver to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Canadians: Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Northern Territories and Yukon: You also live in a fantastic place, but we can’t deliver to your home by our standard shipping method for the same reasons as the U.S.! We also can’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

Did you order more than one product?

Great! But keep in mind that products may be shipped from different places. There’s a chance you may not get your full order in a single day, or it may be delivered in two or more boxes. Would you like a little clue that tells you how many boxes you’ll be getting? Just count the tracking numbers, that’s the number of boxes in your shipment. Accessing your tracking numbers is easy: just go to your account.

We really want to be sure the products you buy are in good shape when you get them. When you look at the packaging, you may see a just a plain old brown cardboard box but we put a lot of work into testing and certifying it so the product is protected during shipping and delivery. If anything happens to it while it’s on its way to you, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll be happy to help you.

Returns

We’re very proud of our products and we really hope you’ll like them. That said, if you’re not 100% satisfied with what you buy, you can return it, no problem, we understand how hard it is to choose from so many options! Once your order arrives, you can return it within 30 days. All we ask is that you send the product back in the same condition you received it, in its original box or packaging.

And we hope you’ll understand that delivery costs are really high. We’re willing to eat some of that cost so you can feel free to return the product, 15% of the cost of the items returned will be charged as a return shipping fee. Contact us directly to find out what you need to do.

Products which are more than 40% off are final sales and non-refundable.

Was there any damage to your order?

We really don’t want this to happen, because we put so much effort into testing and certifying our packaging to make sure your products are protected in transit! The sad thing is, it’s out of our hands. When you open the box, look the merchandise over carefully and contact us if you find any broken parts.

Oh no! Missing parts!

We don’t like this either, but stuff happens. If it ever happens to you, contact us and we’ll help you out solving the problem. Contact us

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind? That’s too bad but it can happen! There’s just one small hitch: we can’t cancel an order if it’s already shipped. And because we’re always working so hard to get your products out to you that much faster, there’s a good chance your order is already on its way. It’s hard for us to give you an idea of how long it may take before your shipment leaves, since it depends on so many factors. We’ll always do everything we can to help you and cancel your order. The best way to do it is to call us directly it’s faster!

Salt Lake City - Pick up in distribution center Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We’re confident you’re going to love your purchase, but if you changed your mind or are not 100% satisfied, you’re free to return the items. No questions asked! In fact, you can return the product(s) purchased online and picked up in one of our distribution centers within 30 days of the date of the pick-up.

To return the item, it needs to be in its original condition and packaging. Plus, you’ll need to have your order confirmation on hand.

Can I return my items to the distribution center free of charge?

Yes, you can. But before going to one of our distribution centers, please contact us directly so we can start the return procedure with you. Our customer service heroes will be more than happy to help! They’ll make sure your order number is correct and will give you a return authorization number to show to the distribution center employees when you show up with your item in hand. As easy as it sounds!

When will I receive my money?

Usually, processing a refund takes about 48 hours after the reception of the product to our distribution center. You can expect to see the refund in your account 2 to 5 business days after that.

Are all items reimbursable?

Most of our products are reimbursable. Only 40% + sale items are excluded from this return policy since they are considered final sales.
