Shop online and select the pickup option

Browse our website and put your favorite pieces of furniture in your cart. At checkout, select the option to pick up your items in our El Paso distribution center. To thank you, we’ll automatically apply a 15% discount on your order. Right after checking out, you’ll receive an order confirmation.

Wait until you hear back from us

In a maximum of 72 hours, we’ll send you another e-mail to let you know your order has been prepared and is ready to be picked up. You will have 14 days to come to our distribution center located at the following address:

Please note that we are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

How can you collect your order?

Once you’re on site, you have 2 options:

1) to stay in your car, call our team and wait for an employee to bring out your order;

2) to show up at the door to collect your order. In both cases, we’ll need to confirm your identity so make sure to have a photo ID and your order confirmation on hand.


Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions so that your experience is hassle-free.

You need to pick up your order at our distribution center in El Paso. Once there, you have two options:

1) to stay in your car, call our team and wait for an employee to bring out your order;

2) to show up at the door to collect your order.

A team member will be available to help you load your car. Make sure to have someone waiting for you at home to assist with the unloading.

If your order contains many items, you could do a partial pickup and come back later for the rest. If it is only one item, you could cancel your order and choose home delivery at checkout. In this case, the 15% discount will not apply.

We’re confident your items are in good shape. Our packaging is made to withstand transport. Still, if you get home and find out that some parts are either missing or damaged, our team will be happy to replace it for free. In that case, please contact our customer service agents.

The items available for pickup are the ones we have in stock in our El Paso distribution center. If you’d like to order an item which is not currently available, you can still contact us and we’ll see if there’s a way we could accommodate you.

We suggest you either make two different orders and choose the pickup option for the available item or select home delivery for both products.
