Case study - INOGEC

What were your main needs or specific challenges in terms of functionality for your professional office tables, and how did our table legs meet these requirements?
We were looking for 3 specifications in our research: looks, noise and minimum height. The paint comes out well and is of good quality. It's a minimalist look.
  • The legs make almost no noise compared to other models we've used.
  • They're the lowest we've used. We have a few people at our offices who like to be able to go lower than a standard desk height.
How did our approach and collaboration contribute to the success of this project?
It was a simple and concise collaboration. We were able to have test legs in advance. Once approved, the quotation was updated with the desired quantity and you took care of shipping.

Shared spaces

Case study - Maître Constructeur Saint-Jacques

What were your interior design needs and objectives for your show homes, and how did our furniture help achieve them?
When customers enter our homes, they need to feel that they're entering someone's home, or their own. When we developed the partnership with South Shore Furniture, the idea was to offer customers a local solution and a new way of looking at room design. All the more so as it helps inspire them to buy. For example, if a piece of furniture seemed too massive in a bedroom, they were able to determine that their own piece of furniture wouldn't fit, thus enlarging the room.
How did our collaboration help you showcase your spaces and enhance the experience of potential buyers?
There's nothing like seeing something to be able to project yourself into it. Customers love to touch and visualize their space with the furniture.
What have been the main advantages of working with a local manufacturer like us, and would you recommend this approach to other builders?
The ease of communication. It's so different from dealing with a company that would just take us as a number. The human approach, the discussions, the fact that we were in constant exchange, that our projects were visualized by the team at South Shore Furniture. We could also add our own decorating ideas.

Case study - OÏKOS

What specific challenges or needs did you have in designing your terraces and indoor pool, and how did our furniture help solve them?

We dealt with South Shore to acquire furniture for the common areas of our buildings. We needed furniture that was sturdy, durable, weather-resistant and readily available. The furniture they supplied met all these criteria, as well as staying within our budget.
How did our approach and collaboration contribute to the success of this project?

The South Shore team made proposals based on our needs and was able to deliver the selected items quickly.
